The NPI Engineering Technician will play a critical role in supporting the development and launch of new gimbal products at Teledyne FLIR. This position works closely with Product Design Engineering, Qualification, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to build and refine electromechanical and optomechanical prototypes, support LRIP production, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, self‑motivated, and capable of identifying and resolving manufacturability issues to ensure smooth transitions from design to production.
Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
