You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. One year of specialized experience which includes 1.) reviewing all contract documents to determine the validity of the claims; 2.) preparing Pre-Negotiation Memorandum (PNM) for construction contracts; and 3.) determining technical adequacy of proposals for complex contract modifications requiring a government cost estimate. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
