Job summary

Actalent, Inc. is seeking a contract-to-hire assembler in Plainview, NY. The role involves assembling fabricated electronic system components into subassemblies using hand and electrical tools, while strictly following English instructions and maintaining a clean, organized workspace onsite.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, and 1–3 months of related experience. Reading basic instructions and performing simple math are required, with on-site continuous supervision provided.

Education/Experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainview, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
