As an Engineering Technician, you’ll play a vital role in driving innovation and efficiency in our manufacturing operations. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position focused on safety, process improvement, and automation — perfect for someone who loves solving problems and bringing ideas to life.

What You’ll Do
  • Support Plant Operations: Implement and maintain automation systems and new equipment to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead Changeovers: Quickly program and configure automation systems during product transitions.
  • Drive Innovation: Design, build, and optimize robotic End‑of‑Arm Tooling (EOAT) and automated work cells.
  • Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic issues to keep production running smoothly.
  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Partner with Quality, Safety, and Plant Management teams to introduce new technologies and process improvements.

  • Make Safety a Priority: Lead safety projects, engage in safety committees, and ensure compliance with all plant safety standards.
  • Continuously Improve: Develop and implement initiatives to reduce cycle times, improve efficiency, and streamline automation.
  • Advance Technology: Stay current on the latest plastics and robotics innovations to help our operations stay ahead of the curve.
What You Bring
  • Associate’s degree in a technical field or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred)
  • Hands‑on experience with automation, robotics, and industrial machinery
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read prints and design or build electrical enclosures
  • PLC and robot programming experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
