What You Can Expect

We are seeking aMaintenance and Calibration Technician to support the reliable operation of manufacturing and laboratory equipment across our facility. This individual will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration activities to ensure equipment operates in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on production and lab equipment in accordance with maintenance plans and regulatory guidelines.
  • Calibrate instruments and equipment (e.g., temperature, pressure, humidity, distance, pH) to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems used in manufacturing and testing.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records in the maintenance management system.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to support equipment qualification, continuous improvement, and investigations.
  • Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and GMP requirements for regulated equipment.
  • Support audits and inspections by providing documentation and demonstrating calibration/maintenance practices.

What Makes You Stand Out
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, sensors, instrumentation, and calibration techniques.
  • Familiarity with calibration standards (e.g., NIST traceability) and MMS platforms.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Good understanding of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations is a plus.
Your Background
  • High school diploma or GED is required; associate degree in a technical field preferred (e.g., Industrial, Maintenance, Instrumentation, Mechatronics)
  • Five years or more experience required, preferably in a related field (Medical Device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, etc.)
