We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to support CNC machining operations, focusing on Swiss CNC and milling programming, process development, and continuous improvement in a precision environment.

The role requires hands-on programming, troubleshooting, and collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production to optimize manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CNC programming, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical role.
• Experience programming Swiss CNC and/or milling machines.
• Strong understanding of G-code.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (Esprit, NX, SolidWorks, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs for Swiss or milling machining centers.
• Interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications.
• Develop repeatable, efficient manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
• Select tooling and improve cycle times.
• Support process validations, engineering testing, and change control.
• Create work instructions and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve manufacturing performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
