Job summary

Timpte Inc in Lincoln, NE is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the growth of the Lincoln Manufacturing Center. The role focuses on developing, manufacturing, and procuring tools, fixtures, equipment, and processes to improve production safety, throughput, and quality.

Pay ranges from $65k to $75k depending on experience, with monthly bonuses up to $5,000 per year. Manufacturing experience in metal fabrication or welding is preferred, and a variety of benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• AAS degree in Manufacturing related field or minimum of 3 years experience in related field.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering part drawings.
• Understanding of fabrication, subassembly, and final line assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support new process development and sustainment activities to improve production safety, throughput, and quality.
• Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, teams, and trainings to drive continuous improvement in conjunction with our Production System.
• Assist with equipment and/or tooling design, development, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update tooling and process documentation for all equipment and processes.

This position supports efforts of all manufacturing departments through the development, manufacturing, and/or procurement of tools, fixtures, equipment, and processes.

Pay for this position is $65k-75k dependent on experience + Monthly Bonuses (up to $5,000 per year)!!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support new process development and sustainment activities to improve production safety, throughput, and quality.

What We’re Looking for:
