AGCO in Round Lake, MN is seeking a Durability Technician to join our Test Engineering team. You will work hands-on with test equipment, build and troubleshoot fixtures, and help develop test programs for AGCO's planter, sprayer, tractor, and fertilizer spreader platforms.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, at least 1 year welding/fabrication experience, ability to read prints and schematics, and basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

AGCO is currently seeking a Durability Technician to join our Test Engineering team in Round Lake, MN. The Durability Technician will participate in the development and implementation of the product test programs and work on testing any component of the AGCO products with design responsibility in Jackson, including planters, sprayers, tractors, and fertilizer spreaders. The Durability Technician will also contribute to the development of testing concepts, standards, facility improvements, and practices.

Workplace Type: Onsite
Working hands-on with test equipment, building and tearing down test fixtures.
Running hydraulic hoses and electrical cables, bolting steel to T-slot plates.
Welding and steel fabrication and troubleshooting wiring harnesses and electrical connections.
Work hand in hand with the durability of test engineers to test components.
Work with design engineers, build technicians, suppliers, and the program team to develop a world-class product.
High School Diploma or equivalent with valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to operate equipment and machinery and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Minimum of one year of experience working with steel welding and fabrication.
Ability to read and understand prints and schematics.
Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
This position will pay within the range of $41k-82k, based on experience. It is eligible for a bonus equal to 8% of the compensation.
You will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in the onsite model from Round Lake, MN.
