Job summary

AGCO in Round Lake, MN is seeking a Durability Technician to join our Test Engineering team. You will work hands-on with test equipment, build and troubleshoot fixtures, and help develop test programs for AGCO's planter, sprayer, tractor, and fertilizer spreader platforms.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, at least 1 year welding/fabrication experience, ability to read prints and schematics, and basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with steel welding and fabrication.
• Ability to read and understand prints and schematics.
• Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Working hands-on with test equipment, building and tearing down test fixtures.
• Running hydraulic hoses and electrical cables, bolting steel to T-slot plates.
• Welding and steel fabrication and troubleshooting wiring harnesses and electrical connections.
• Work hand in hand with the durability of test engineers to test components.
• Work with design engineers, build technicians, suppliers, and the program team to develop a world-class product.
