We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our dynamic team as an Engineering Technician.

The ideal candidate will support our engineering department by working closely with various teams, ensuring smooth operations from quotes to customer blueprint designs. If you are a self-starter with strong organizational skills, experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Pay and Hours

• Pay: $22 - $27 per hour
• Hours: Business office hours, Monday - Friday, typically 7:00am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead weekly Team Feasibility meetings to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
2. Organize and manage all incoming RFQs (Requests for Quote).
3. Create customer blueprints using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
4. Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and other departments during the quoting process.
5. Maintain the cost estimate database and related forms, ensuring data accuracy.
6. Support the Engineering Change Management System.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Typically requires an associate’s degree in engineering or a related field.
2. Preferred: Previous manufacturing experience.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
4. Ability to read blueprints and understand detailed drawings.
5. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
6. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
8. Exceptional attention to detail.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. This position is not eligible for work sponsorship.
