Duravent Group is seeking an Engineering Technician for our Innovation Center in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time, hourly, in-person role supports testing, development, and documentation of procedures for HVAC venting products.
You will prepare samples, set up equipment, collect data, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear technical reports. Collaboration with North American Engineering ensures testing aligns with product development priorities.

Our team is currently seeking an Engineering Technician. This will be a full-time hourly in-person role at our Innovation Center located in Grand Rapids, MI.
The Engineering Technician will support the Innovation Center by developing and documenting test procedures, executing product and system testing in the lab, and helping build future test plans that support engineering priorities. This hands‑on role will prepare samples, set up equipment, collect and organize test data, troubleshoot test issues, and write clear technical reports that summarize results, observations, and next steps. The Engineering Technician will work closely with the North American Engineering team to improve test capability, support product development, validate performance, and help ensure testing is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
