Acara Solutions is seeking an Engineering Technician I in Fremont, CA to support a fast-paced Metrology Department. You will coordinate service requests, manage workflow, and act as a key liaison across teams to keep metrology jobs moving smoothly.

This contract role offers exposure to cutting-edge engineering and metrology operations, a collaborative environment, and opportunities to influence process efficiency in a manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• 3+ years of customer service, sales, clerical, operations support, or related experience.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• 1+ year of experience coordinating documentation, workflow tracking, shipping/logistics activities, or service requests.

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing metrology service requests for internal and external customers.
• Support and maintain production-related processes within the Metrology Department.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of customer service, sales, clerical, administrative, operations support, or related experience
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• 1+ year of experience coordinating documentation, workflow tracking, shipping/logistics activities, or service requests

Additional Information

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
• Schedule: Alternate Wednesday schedule with Thursday/Friday/Saturday shifts
• Shift: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Duration: 6-month contract assignment
• Overtime: May be required based on business needs
• Lifting Requirement: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
