Our client, a leader in the engineering sector, is seeking an Engineering Technician I to join their team. As an Engineering Technician I, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring that all equipment operates at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Technician

Location: Danvers, MA

Duration: 12+ Months contract

Working Hours: 9pm-7am Monday-Thursday

Interview: will be in person

What's the Job?

• Ensure production equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
• Follow strict engineering standards and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Assist the engineering team in maintaining crucial systems and components.

What's Needed?

• An associate degree in Engineering or at least 2 years of experience in industrial or mechanical equipment maintenance.
• Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
