Job summary

Quantic TRM is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician in Bedford, NH to partner with production and engineering teams to optimize processes, tooling, ergonomics, and 5S implementation. • Work with the assigned team to reduce error opportunities and reduce labor hours per unit.
• Work with other members of the manufacturing engineering team by providing process level data that supports continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing processes, tooling, and hardware.
• Assist in ECO process and implementation as required.
• Be a key member of the team evaluating internal product quality issues.

Position Function:

The TRM manufacturing engineering team, through the leadership of the Signal Distributions Products Supervisor supports the production team by delivering robust processes and tooling to drive consistent manufacturing outcomes as well as continuous improvement. The Manufacturing Engineering Technician collaborates with our production and engineering teams to optimize the manufacturing processes by design of methods, part number specific tooling or universal tool design, ergonomics and 5S implementation, along with process flow and cell layout.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include:
