Adecco Staffing, USA in Austin, TX seeks an Engineering Technician for a full-time role performing electro‑mechanical testing, troubleshooting, assembly and validation in a manufacturing/engineering environment. Shift options include day, swing, night and weekend shifts with a competitive pay rate and shift differential.

Responsibilities include assembling, testing, documenting procedures, supporting new installations and field upgrades.

Qualifications

• 2–4 year technical degree or military equivalent.
• Ability to read schematics and use a multimeter.
• Flexible schedules and overtime may be required.
• Previous electro-mechanical testing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and modify electro-mechanical systems.
• Work from schematics, diagrams, layouts, and written instructions.
• Perform system-level and component-level testing.
• Document test procedures, logbooks, and results.
• Support new system installations, NPI, and field upgrades.
• Follow safety standards including Lock-Out/Tag-Out.
