You will receive training on MathWorks processes and customer use cases, followed by transition into an engineering technical writer role. A strong writer with tech interest and collaboration skills is ideal for this hybrid position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other STEM field required.
• 3+ years of professional work experience or equivalent.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or C++ is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high impact technical projects with documentation teams to strengthen your technical and professional skills.
• Provide technical support to MathWorks customers for complex technical issues in MATLAB, Simulink, and the product suite.
• Leverage Agentic AI to support and enhance technical writing activities, including writing code, developing examples, and resolving issues.
