You’ll have the opportunity to interact directly with customers during product definition and will partner with other key stakeholders to ensure successful execution from development of requirements through the production launch.

As an Engineering Technical Leader, you will develop concepts and lead the execution of technical programs that meet a scope of requirements. The engineer is responsible for work that is less defined in scope and has the understanding and experience to execute business objectives. This role has the ability to influence the technical direction of short-term and long-term business goals.

The salary rate for this role is currently $79100-112800. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. More information on offered benefits, which include health, welfare, and retirement, are available at mywabtecbenefits.com. Other benefit offerings for this role may include annual bonus, if eligible.
