Responsibilities

• Apply basic problem-solving to improve safety, quality, and efficiencies of equipment.
• Diagnose machine issues quickly and ensure proper countermeasures are implemented.
• Make decisions based on sound engineering principles and follow processes.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, Controls, OEMs, Purchasing, CAM, and Industrial Engineering.
• Initiate equipment reliability and process improvement projects based on data and observations.
