Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform software upgrades by following procedures and predefined checklists.
• Execute test plans defined for feature functionality and capture results.
• Troubleshoot problems, collect data, and work towards recovering the tools.
• Collaborate with development and support engineers.
• Document observations, submit problem reports and maintain data.
• Help ensure lab tools remain operational.

Skills

Software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

Basic proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office

Education

Associate degree or technical certificate in a technical field
