Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a senior engineering professional to lead governance of requirements management, DFMEA and PFMEA across engineering teams in Mossville, IL.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to direct activities across vendors, IT teams and engineering stakeholders. You will drive process improvements and oversee AI opportunities and future tool enhancements within the engineering stack.

Qualificações

• This is not a traditional design engineering role but need experience in design quality.
• The position requires a senior, established engineering professional with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in product development processes, engineering transformation, requirements management, DFMEA/PFMEA, and cross-functional coordination is highly desirable.
• The selected candidate should be capable of directing activities across vendors, IT teams, and engineering stakeholders.
• The manager would like to review, and interview proposed candidates before final selection.

Responsabilidades

• Support and administer Requirements Management, DFMEA, and PFMEA processes and associated tools.
• Act as a business lead for engineering process and tool governance.
• Coordinate across product engineering, IT teams, users, and third-party software vendors.
• Lead troubleshooting, upgrades, migrations, and user support activities.
• Participate in engineering transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate opportunities related to AI, engineering efficiencies, and future tool enhancements.
• Provide leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination across multiple teams.
