Job summary

We are seeking an Engineering Team Lead at M&T Bank Corporation to lead the team delivering modern enrollment and onboarding experiences across digital banking channels. This role combines technical leadership, people leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

You will mentor engineers, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with Product, Architecture, UX, and business partners to set priorities and roadmaps while guiding full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and modern web

Qualifications

• A combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ engineering and/or architecture experience and 3 years leadership experience.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, API, and microservices expertise.
• Angular and/or React development experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large initiatives.

The pay range for this position is $116,400.00 - $194,000.00 Annual (USD).
