Rocket Homes Real Estate LLC in Detroit, MI seeks a Team Leader, Engineering for the Servicing Technology group. You will lead a team of full‑stack engineers, own delivery, coach performance, and drive AI-native engineering adoption across Next.js/React frontend, NestJS GraphQL layer, and .NET/C# services on AWS/EKS.

You’ll partner with product, design, data, and business stakeholders to ship reliable software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience with hands-on full-stack work.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing software engineers.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (Next.js/React) and a NestJS GraphQL integration layer.
• Back-end development in .NET/C# and NestJS GraphQL.
• Experience delivering software on AWS with EKS/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to develop engineers, manage performance, and deliver through a team.
