You will conduct interviews and technical assessments, build strong client relationships, negotiate offers, and drive successful onboarding while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong focus on engineering or technical recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and attract specialized engineering talent.
• Excellent understanding of various engineering disciplines and their respective skill sets.
• Strong client management and business development capabilities.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Welkom area, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering positions, from junior to senior levels.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified engineering candidates using professional networks and databases.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the engineering and industrial sectors.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the smooth onboarding of placed candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements relevant to engineering recruitment.
