Job summary

Mini-Circuits is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle talent acquisition across the United States, focusing on engineering, IT, and manufacturing roles. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to fill a 600+ employee workforce and support on-campus recruiting and industry events.

The role requires 5+ years in technical recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with ATS platforms. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $135,000 for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in HR or business-related field.
• 5+ years of recent recruiting experience, preferably in engineering roles.
• Experience with ATS platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed).
• Experience recruiting for RF/engineering disciplines is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing requisitions from creation to posting and sourcing.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and conduct first-round screening.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for highly technical roles.
• Present offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer process.
• Coordinate on-campus recruiting sessions and job fairs.
• Source and recruit RF, Microwave, Semiconductor, Antenna, and Engineering professionals.
• Evaluate candidates' technical expertise in RF/engineering domains.
