Colonial Group is seeking a Manager of Engineering Systems to lead the Engineering Apps and Product Development support teams, guiding PLM/CAD/PPM systems and data governance. You will drive upgrades, budget planning, and cross-functional collaboration with NPD and IT to ensure scalable, reliable engineering software platforms.

You will recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff, and ensure project delivery on time and within budget across global sites, while maintaining governance of product data

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 3+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years leadership experience.
• PLM, CAD and Enterprise Analytics experience required; AS400 and Agile are a plus.
• Strong documentation control experience required.
• Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills; capable of leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PDS and EAD teams to improve service and performance.
• Oversee selection and enhancements of CAD/PLM/PPM systems.
• Maintain standards for digital assets and product data control.
• Collaborate with NPD and IT leaders to plan support needs.
• Propose upgrades to support NPD and evolving tech.
• Lead interviewing, onboarding, and performance processes; manage promotions.
• Prepare and deliver annual department budget and capital projects.
• Resolve user and system issues; ensure timely support.
• Manage vendor relationships and day-to-day interactions.
• Ensure PLM data integrity and cross-site data alignment.
• Facilitate processes for accurate product data hierarchies.
• Perform any other duties as required.
