Responsibilities

  • Oversee Right-of-Way and Utilities section in District 3; supervise permits for encroachments onto NDOT ROWs and highway advertising.
  • Collaborate with utility companies, contractors, professional groups, governmental agencies and the public on NDOT matters.
  • Respond to various work shifts as needed and submit reports and documents accurately and promptly.
  • Perform engineering functions requiring professional training and experience and guide staff as assigned.
