Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, part of The Marcus Corporation, in Lake Geneva, WI, seeks an Engineer Supervisor to lead the engineering team and uphold guest safety and facility integrity. You will oversee daily engineering operations, payroll edits, evaluations, coaching, budget development, and vendor relations while coordinating with outside contractors.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical expertise, blueprint literacy, strong budgeting, and excellent

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance.
• Experience at a property of similar size and quality highly desired.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical (high and low voltage).
• Working knowledge of construction and ability to read blueprints.
• Strong budgetary skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with HotSOS preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department.
• Payroll edits and administer associate performance evaluations; coaching and scheduling staff.
• Provide training opportunities for the engineering team to ensure current skills.
• Set up and administer preventive maintenance of all areas.
• Ensure effective work control and productivity.
• Assist with development of property operations and capital improvement budgets.
• Ensure guest request service time and follow-up; manage utility budget/conservation.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and work with outside contractors as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
