Job summary

Summit Utilities, Inc. in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Supervisor of Engineering (SGL35) to lead a team responsible for engineering design, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, and support for construction management of natural gas transmission pipelines, distribution systems, facilities, and appurtenances across Summit Utilities Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering from an accredited college or university and PE licensure is required.
• Minimum five years of engineering experience in pipeline design, project management, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an engineering team, allocating work, mentoring staff, and managing budgets.
• Oversee engineering design, permitting, ROW acquisition, and coordination with construction management.
• Liaise with regulators, landowners, and vendors to ensure compliance and timely project delivery.
• Provide status reports to Summit management and support long-term asset planning and hydraulic analyses.
