Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for planning, developing, interpreting, organizing and executing complex projects.
• Lead projects with forecasting, cost control and timely completion.
• Plan work activity schedules, resource allocation and prioritization.
• Develop scope of work, design criteria and select outside service providers.
• Oversee engineering design, construction specifications, budgets and contractor work.
