Job summary

The Peachtree Group is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to provide technical and administrative support to the Chief Engineer and to assist in all operational aspects of the Engineering Department. This role includes maintaining facilities, monitoring systems, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance, coordinating with teams, reporting safety concerns, and supporting ongoing maintenance programs for event spaces and hotel areas.

Qualifications

• Provides professional and courteous service at all times.
• Monitors and maintains maintenance issues and schedules.
• Understands and applies OSHA lockout-tagout procedures.
• Ensures projects meet specifications and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to the Chief Engineer.
• Assist in all operational aspects of the Engineering Department.
• Maintain and monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Conduct safety checks and report concerns to management.
• Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms, public spaces and event areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in maintenance programs.
