We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineering (EE) Supervisor to join our Electrical Technologies Electrical Design and Prototyping team in Rancho Bernardo. We are seeking a hands‑on technical leader with experience supporting engineering technicians, laboratory operations, and hardware development activities in a research and development environment. The successful candidate will support assembly, integration, troubleshooting, and test activities for advanced electrical and electromechanical systems while coordinating technician execution and engineering lab operations across multiple projects. This role works closely with engineering, program management, manufacturing, and technical teams supporting technologies including high‑power electromagnetic systems, directed energy systems, advanced airborne sensors, space systems and satellites, and other advanced development programs within the GA-EMS portfolio.
