Job summary

Peachtree Hospitality Management LLC is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to provide technical and administrative support to the Chief Engineer and oversee maintenance across the hotel facility.

You will manage preventative maintenance, monitor utilities, ensure safety procedures, and coordinate with departments to keep guest areas and back-of-house spaces in optimal condition. A strong operational discipline and customer focus are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional and courteous service at all times.
• Maintains all maintenance and preventative maintenance issues for refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, A/C units, ice machines, lighting, kitchen equipment, emergency generators, etc.
• Monitors electric, gas and water consumption.
• Ensures all projects are completed according to specifications and on time.
• Performs maintenance checks of equipment and logs properly.
• Responds to safety and security concerns to the Chief Engineer or the Manager on Duty.
• Ensures all key inventories are secure.
• Responds to emergency situations and provides assistance.
• Participates in ongoing maintenance programs for event space, public space, kitchens, and convention center equipment.
• Performs inventory duties as required.
• Maintains cleanliness of grounds and landscaping.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of workspace and storage areas.
• Attends monthly staff meetings.
• Completes projects as determined by the Chief Engineer.
