Pyramid Global Hospitality's Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join a pre-opening team. You will oversee daily maintenance, lead the engineering staff, ensure safety and brand standards, and coordinate with the Director of Engineering on projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• EPA Certification or related trade licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating daily maintenance and repair activities throughout the resort.
• Provide leadership, training, and direction to the engineering team, ensuring work is performed safely and to high standards.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Support the preventive maintenance program and document results.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for safety and functionality; respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain work orders, inventories, and safety documentation.
• Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on projects and energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, building codes, and environmental standards.
