Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, educational counseling, counseling psychology, higher education, or social work.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible work experience as a supervisor or program administrator on a university campus.
• Experience with a diverse student body and fundraising activities.
• Strong public speaking and writing skills; knowledge of student affairs trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scholarship programs including President's Scholars and Guardian Scholars.
• Manage Center for Scholars operations, staff, and budget.
• Coordinate with University Advancement on fundraising efforts.
• Develop program guidelines, assessments, and staff development.
