Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, educational counseling, counseling psychology, higher education, or social work.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible work experience as a supervisor, program administrator, serving students on a university campus.

• Strong public speaking and writing skills; knowledge of student affairs and higher education.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Center for Scholars and manage the Center, MSI, and related programs.
• Develop, implement, and assess scholarship services and events; manage program budget.
• Lead fundraising efforts and coordinate with others to recruit and engage students.
