What You'll Do

• Deliver technical presentations, including lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Oversee value engineering initiatives to optimize project outcomes.
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with major engineering firms, DOTs, and construction companies.
• Provide support and drive development efforts for P3 projects in collaboration with RSMs.
• Lead the development and management of new products.
• Attend meetings with municipalities alongside Territory Sales Managers when required.
• Maintain and oversee the Master Transportation Document for Bridge Systems.
• Spearhead efforts to secure new DOT approvals for bridge systems.
• Direct research and development initiatives.
• Engage in industry organizations and committees to contribute expertise.
• Provide technical support on-site alongside operational teams when needed.
• Develop white papers based on research findings.
• Submit papers for approval to present at industry conferences and events.
• Submit papers to gain approvals for presentations.
• Collaborate with international research and development team
• Manage relationship with Tier 1 engineering partners

What You'll Need

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• 8 years of Bridge experience

• PE in Structural Engineering
