Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• 5+ years of documentable technical experience
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience supporting characterization and assessments of discrete electronic systems
• Minimum 2 years of diagnostics, repair, removal, or rehosting of electronic systems/components
• Experience with PCB layout, fabrication, and component population
• Experience with assembly-language programming
• Experience using test equipment including In-Circuit-Debuggers/Emulators, Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, multimeter, soldering tools
• Experience troubleshooting printed circuit boards
• Experience developing, validating, and reading schematics
• Experience using Altium vs other circuit tools (KiCAD, OrCAD, LTspice)
• Desirable: mechanical/knowledge disassembly

Responsibilities

• Support characterization and assessments of discrete electronic systems
• Diagnostics, repair, removal, or rehosting of electronic systems/components
• Develop, validate, and read schematics; read circuit diagrams
• Use test equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, in-circuit debuggers/emulators
• Work with Altium and other tools for PCB design
• Assist with mechanical disassembly knowledge
