STV Incorporated in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an Engineering Specialist for Rail & Transit Systems. You will support planning, design, integration, and delivery of complex transit systems including signaling, CBTC, communications, SCADA, traction power, and other rail infrastructure.

Responsibilities include managing system requirements, coordinating interfaces, and supporting verification & validation, reviews, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, Computer, Mechanical, or related field).
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes.
• Experience or coursework in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama).
• Understanding of interface management, systems integration, and transit infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Develop, manage, trace, and verify system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
