Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA seeks an Engineering Leader to plan, manage and coordinate engineering activities in the U.S. business unit. You will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with standards and drive continuous improvement while directing project execution and technical integration. A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or equivalent experience is required, with strong analytical and data-entry skills and at least two years in process planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or equivalent is required or 5 years experience in a relevant field.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem solving and data interpretation.
  • Exceptional computer and data entry skills; experience with project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and coordinate activities in Engineering for the Schnellecke Logistics USA business unit.
  • Confer with management and staff to discuss project specifications or procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for engineering work and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and direct projects, create detailed plans and supervise integration of technical activities.
  • Direct application of the Project Management methodology within the business unit.
