Position: Engineering Solutions Staffing Executive - Staffing Sales

Do you want to manage your own national territory and develop relationships as both a hunter and a relationship builder? If you’re career motivated and want to leverage your staffing industry experience, this is the perfect opportunity. Kelly Engineering, ranked 5th in the USA for workforce solutions, offers a remote work environment with growth opportunities within a globally recognized company.

Location: Must sit in the Boston, Cambridge, Quincy, or Waltham area, MA. The role is 100% remote with local travel or client-driven activities.

Compensation: Strong base salary plus monthly commission. Estimated first-year commission: $15-25K; Year 2-4: $35-55K; Year 4-6: $60-85K; Top 10% earn $95K+.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on the Medical Device & Pharma engineering vertical
  • Sell project, program, and statement of work solutions, including traditional contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire services
  • Conduct meetings with potential and current engineering clients experiencing or expecting growth
  • Research client sites and hiring markets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Lead and train a team of specialized engineering recruiters
  • Implement organizational and delivery systems for efficiency
  • Manage a sales region as a CEO

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of engineering staffing sales or IT staffing solutions experience
  • Solutions-oriented, consultative, strategic sales approach
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders
