Position Details:

• Location: 100% REMOTE
• Travel: Local area or client-driven travel
• Residency Requirement: Must sit within Indianapolis or Fort Wayne, IN

Compensation:

• Strong base salary plus monthly commission
• Estimated first-year commission: $15-25K; second to fourth year: $35-55K; fourth to sixth year: $60-85K; top 10% earn $95K+

Responsibilities:

• Focus on the Medical Device & Pharma engineering vertical
• Sell project, program, and StatementWorx solutions to clients
• Conduct meetings with potential and current engineering partners
• Research hiring markets and supply/demand of skills
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
• Lead and train a team of engineering recruiters
• Implement organizational and delivery systems for efficiency
• Act as the 'CEO' of your sales region

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
• 2+ years in Engineering Staffing Sales or IT staffing solutions
• Solutions-oriented, strategic sales approach
• Ability to build long-term relationships
