Responsibilities

• Assist the Director/Assistant Director of Engineering/Engineering Manager in maintaining preventative maintenance, keeping logs, scheduling and assigning projects.
• Assist in procurement of supplies and issuance of purchase orders.
• Review work orders and assign work by priorities.
• Maintain up-to-date inventories of heat, light & power and repair and maintenance supplies.
• Respond to guest requests.
• Coordinate shift activities with Engineering staff.
• Assume full responsibility for the Engineering Department in the absence of the Director and Assistant Director.
• Understand Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency evacuation.
• Understand Omni's job scenarios.
• Be familiar with Omni's Systems and Services procedures.
