Eaton's North America Sales division seeks an Engineering Services Area Sales Manager - West Region, with responsibilities across Phoenix, AZ and multiple West/West-coast locations. You will lead a sales team, manage distributor channels, and drive market share growth through strategic planning and execution.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least seven years in electrical industry sales/marketing/operations and one year of managerial experience. Travel up to 35% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Seven (7) years of electrical industry sales/marketing/operations experience.
• One (1) year of managerial experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Travel up to 35% of the time.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a customer base, sales resources, products and channels to market to achieve regional results.
• Provide leadership and development to a sales team including sales professionals, reps and distributors.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies and lead national strategy development for growth segments.
• Forecast, plan and report on sales results, market trends and competitive activity.
• Travel up to 35%.
