Job summary

A leading lighting solutions provider is seeking an Engineering Services Manager for its Oskaloosa, IA office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering document control and manage Engineering Services teams to ensure production implementations are efficient and cost-effective. This role involves leading configuration management efforts, maintaining product accuracy, and supporting team culture focused on development and community involvement. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering document control in manufacturing.
• Experience managing products at multiple manufacturing locations is preferred.
• Experience with LED & HID lighting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage activities of Engineering Services teams.
• Lead document control and configuration management efforts.
• Coordinate production implementations to minimize costs and deviations.
