The University of Kansas - School of Engineering is seeking a Graduate Assistant for Undergraduate Recruitment and Outreach to support recruitment, outreach, and visitor engagement. This on-site hourly role coordinates events, campus and high school visits, and summer programs while supervising student staff and assisting with enrollment initiatives.

The position collaborates with faculty, staff, students, and community partners to promote the School of Engineering and achieve recruitment goals

Qualifications

• Graduate student status at KU required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
• Strong written and oral skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate prospective student recruitment and outreach activities.
• Plan campus visits, high school visits, and recruitment programs.
• Supervise front desk student employees and ensure customer service.
• Maintain outreach contact databases and assist with marketing materials.
• Attend meetings and support recruitment initiatives and projects.
