- Experience in manufacturing processes along with product launch.
- 5+ years of experience directing, managing, or supervising engineering functions.
Responsibilities
- All product development, all manufacturing engineering and all quality engineering for the Boyne City facility.
- Overseeing significant manufacturing projects to meet production targets and support growth.
- Lead product development, coordinate strategic launches, and work with customers to meet needs.
- Improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
- Attend and lead meetings to manage budget and drive continuous improvement.
