Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing processes along with product launch.
• 5 or more years of experience directing, managing, or supervising engineering functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product development, manufacturing engineering and quality engineering for the Boyne City facility.
• Overseeing significant manufacturing projects, ensuring they achieve our production targets and support our long-term growth.
• Taking the lead on product development, coordinating key strategic launches and working directly with customers to determine how best to meet their needs.
• Looking for ways to improve our efficiency and reduce our environmental impact.
• Attending and leading meetings to keep us on budget and constantly improving.
