Qualifications

Responsibilities
Overall supervision of the Engineering and Quality team.
Create and implement strategies to improve efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction.
Identify and resolve operational gaps and risks.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Drive regular Kaizen/Lean/FMEA/ISO activities.
