Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overall supervision of the Engineering and Quality team.
• Create and implement strategies to improve efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve operational gaps and risks.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive regular Kaizen/Lean/FMEA/ISO activities.
