• Manage non-conforming materials through hold/release processes.
• Support new product introductions with quality planning.
• Participate in internal and external audits and improvements.
• Investigate material damage and implement corrective measures.
• Supervise the activities of technicians and quality control operators.
• Ensure compliance with SER, OSH, EMS, and ISO systems.
