  • Implement established quality-control and safety plans and conduct inspections.
  • Inspect goods, services, processes, and operations for conformity with technical specs and regulations.
  • Verify satisfactory completion of performance requirements and communicate results to relevant personnel.
  • Document inspection results, discrepancies, and corrective actions; maintain QC files.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, quality, and program personnel to resolve issues.

Position Title: Engineering Quality Inspector

Position Overview

S2Technologies is actively seeking a qualified candidate to support the customers production and integration activities by implementing quality-control and safety requirements and inspecting products, services, processes, and operations for conformity with established specifications, standards, and applicable regulations.

Position Responsibilities
  • Function as an engineering inspector supporting SCRIF production, fabrication, integration, installation, and testing activities.
  • Implement established quality-control and safety plans and conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
  • Inspect goods, services, processes, and operations for conformity with technical specifications, standards, drawings, workmanship requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Verify satisfactory completion of performance requirements and communicate results to appropriate personnel.
  • Document inspection results, discrepancies, deficiencies, and corrective actions and maintain quality-control files.
  • Support updates to inspection/testing techniques, instrumentation, manufacturing methods, and production processes.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, quality, and program personnel to resolve identified issues.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline, or a qualifying education/experience substitution.
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Ability to independently perform the functional duties of the labor category.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required Secret DoD security clearance.
Preferred Skills

Bachelor's substitution: associates + 4 additional related years, or HS/GED + 6 additional related years.
